Room Rate Information

• $229 single/double occupancy
• Check-In: 3 PM.  Check-Out: 11 AM.
• Rates applicable three days pre/post conference based on availability
• Cancellation without penalty is within 72 hours of check-in
• Rate includes complimentary high-speed internet access in guest rooms and common areas
• Rate includes fitness complimentary access

**Cut-off date to make reservations is Thursday, June 24, 2024. After this date, room rate is based on hotel availability and occupancy.

Airport & Ground Transportation
The Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport is located approximately 6 miles from the OMNI Louisville Downtown Hotel. Cabs are available and will cost $20-24.00.
 
Make your visit to the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport a little easier by using a ride share service. Uber and Lyft services are available from the airport to the Omni Louisville Downtown. When using these services for pick-up, exit the terminal on the west side of baggage claim.

• For pick-ups: head to the west side of baggage claim and exit out the side doors.
• For drop-offs: request a ride as usual and be dropped off at the upper or lower levels of the terminal.

Overnight valet parking is $42 per night, per car.
Omni Louisville Hotel also offers Special Event parking rates:

• 0-4 hours: $27
• 4-8 hours: $37

Additional public self-parking options are available directly behind the hotel and can be accessed from 3rd Street These garages do not have direct access into the hotel. Please be prepared to walk 1-2 blocks, depending upon the garage you choose. Rates vary based upon the garage, but you can expect rates to range between $15 and $27 per night without in & out privileges.
