Added Value - Offsite Tour

NREL and NWTC are hosting an offsite tour of their research facility on Wednesday, Oct. 10 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.  Registration is FREE and is limited to the first 14 people.  Transportation will be provided, pick up at the Hotel Boulderado.  Select the tour during your registration process. 
 
The National Wind Technology Center (NWTC) at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) is the nation’s premier wind energy, water power, and grid integration research facility. Wind energy research at the NWTC has pioneered wind turbine components, systems, and modeling methods that have driven the industry’s acceleration over the past 40 years. Research into land-based, offshore, and distributed wind includes: The NWTC offers a number of partnership opportunities. Industry-government collaborations work to advance wind energy science and lower the cost of wind-generated electricity.

 

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Opportunities

All attorneys who are attending the meeting are encouraged to apply for CLE credits in the state(s) where they are licensed. Instructions for self-reporting will be available at the meeting.

Registered Technology Transfer Professional (RTTP)

Demonstrate your expertise in the academic technology transfer profession by becoming a Registered Technology Transfer Professional (RTTP). All AUTM professional development courses and designated educational offerings and meetings are eligible for continuing education (CE) credits, which support your registration application. Certified Licensing Professionals (CLP) Continuing Education

Certified Licensing Professionals are required to demonstrate continued competence in their field to maintain their certification status. Individuals who hold the CLP designation can renew their credential by earning at least 40 continuing education (CE) credits. All AUTM professional development courses and designated educational offerings on the topics of licensing, technology transfer, and technology commercialization at AUTM conferences or meetings are eligible for CLP continuing education (CE) credits for certification renewal. The Western Region Meeting provides 10 hours of credit to those who attend the entire meeting.
